CardCard is an informational monitoring tool that scans eBay listings and sends alerts when tracked trading cards appear to be listed below estimated market value. CardCard also provides an AI-powered market assistant for informational discussion about the trading card market. Nothing on CardCard constitutes financial, investment, or purchasing advice of any kind.
CardCard is an informational tool only. All market data, deal alerts, deal scores, AI-generated commentary, and price estimates are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any item. CardCard makes no representation that any alert represents a profitable opportunity. Trading card markets are speculative and unpredictable. You assume full responsibility for any purchasing decisions you make. CardCard is not liable for any financial loss resulting from use of the Service.
CardCard includes an AI-powered chat assistant powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. Its responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. The AI assistant does not always have access to real-time market data. Nothing generated by the AI assistant constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. CardCard expressly disclaims all liability for actions taken based on AI assistant responses.
Price estimates are calculated based on recent eBay listing data and are approximate only. Prices fluctuate rapidly. CardCard does not guarantee the accuracy of any price estimate. Deals may sell before you can act on an alert. CardCard is not responsible for listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or unavailable at the time of purchase.
CardCard uses the eBay API but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. CardCard participates in the eBay Partner Network affiliate program. Links to eBay listings in alert emails may be affiliate links through which CardCard earns a commission if you make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay.
CardCard offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is available for the Basic plan. Your credit card is required to start the free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe. CardCard never stores your full payment card details.
You may not use CardCard for any unlawful purpose. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. You may not share account credentials. One account per person. You may not use the AI assistant to circumvent its content restrictions or extract advice outside the scope of trading card market discussion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDCARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. CARDCARDS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardCard and its operators from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
CardCard integrates with eBay, Stripe, SendGrid, Anthropic, and Google Analytics. Your use of the Service is subject to the applicable terms of these third parties. CardCard is not responsible for third-party practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
